As President of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, Dr. Martínez Rogers leads the organization that improves the quality of health care in Hispanic communities and promotes the professional needs and goals of Hispanic nurses. She is also associate clinical professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
